We are a new ambulatory surgery center in Orcutt, built as a partnership between Cottage Health and ALTA Orthopaedics. Opening a facility from scratch means the people we hire now will shape how this place works — the workflows, the standards, and the culture.

What we are looking for
- Ambulatory surgery center or perioperative experience, particularly in orthopedics
- Comfort with the pace and independence of a small facility — there is no float pool here
- People who want to help build something rather than step into a finished operation
- Bilingual English and Spanish is valued in every patient-facing role
