Michael Kenly, MD
Michael Kenly, MD, is an interventional pain management specialist whose goal is to improve patients’ function and quality of life by reducing pain.
Dr. Kenly completed his undergraduate degree in exercise and sport science at Brigham Young University in Hawaii and earned his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. His postgraduate training included an internal medicine internship and a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Utah, followed by a fellowship in interventional spine care and pain management.
His primary focus is pain originating in the spine. He is fellowship-trained in fluoroscopically guided procedures including epidural steroid injections, medial branch neurotomy, and spinal cord stimulation and neuromodulation, with an emphasis on minimizing the need for medication. He also performs electrodiagnostic testing such as EMG and nerve conduction studies to support diagnosis.
Dr. Kenly is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine, and a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the North American Neuromodulation Society.
